Small plane crashes against the neighborhood of San Diego: the police

A small plane has crashed in a San Diego neighborhood on Thursday morning, starting a large fire and damaging at least 15 houses and multiple cars, firefighters said Thursday.

The officials are working to get everyone out of the neighborhood and will go home to find out if there is someone inside, said Fire Chief of Emergency Operations of San Diego, Dan Eddy, said at a press conference, referring to her as “as a film scene.”

The plane directly hit multiple houses and cars, burning them, before running down the street, said Eddy.

They have not been transported to patients from now on, and officials seek to see if someone is within the impacted area, said Eddy.

The small private plane crashed seconds before landing around 3:45 am local time, according to the Federal Aviation Administration.

The plane flew from Wichita, Kansas, to the Montgomery Gibbs executive airport in San Diego when it crashed. It was approximately 500 feet in the air in its last radar record, according to FAA.

There was no Mayday call before this clash. The last communication was the pilot announcing on the radio that was 3 miles and landing. The tower was closed at that time and this is a standard procedure.

Residents have received instructions to avoid the area near Sculpin Street and Santo Road while the teams work.
